Nathan Tyler Clark

WINSTON SALEM - Nathan Tyler Clark, 20, passed away unexpectedly October 14, 2016. Nathan was born on May 26, 1996 in Forsyth County. He worked in construction and landscaping, and was an avid dirt bike rider. Nathan had a smile that could light up the world and was always ready to share it with his many friends!


Nathan left behind a soulmate, Celina Flores; a son, Jayden Tyler Clark; his mother, Tessa Clark; his father L.D. Rachel; six brothers and sisters; one grandmother, Nancy Harrelson; one grandfather and one step-grandfather; an uncle, Jason Chamelin; aunts Carolyn, Karen, and Denise Rachel; and several other extended family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville. The family will receive friends from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
