Nina Louise Rudy Winyard

Mrs. Nina Louise Rudy Winyard, 91, of Rocky Mount, NC, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Trinity Elms Health and Rehab in Clemmons, NC. 

She was born to the late Charles C. Rudy and Ethel May Prince Rudy on September 25, 1935, in Trumbull County, OH.

Nina was a devoted homemaker, as her children and family meant the most to her. She enjoyed reading, crosswords, Sunday school and watching Carolina sports. She was a Paralegal in her earlier life.

In addition to her parents, Nina was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Harold Winyard, Jr; her two daughters, Heather Winyard McCarthy and Lori Winyard; and her sister, Olive Rudy Sterling.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Mark David Winyard.

Per Nina’s wishes, there will be a private family service held at a later date.
