A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Twin City Bible Church in Winston-Salem. Burial will be private at Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, VA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Twin City Bible Church, 1337 Ebert St., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
