Norma Hammarlund

Mrs. Norma Irene Stiwalt Hammarlund, 94, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. She was born in Gaston County on August 31, 1923 to Nolan Butler and Maggie Belle Orr Stiwalt. Norma was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Surviving family includes one daughter, Charlotte Sedonya del Valle; four grandchildren, Cisco Jose del Valle (wife, Megan Leaderer del Valle and their three girls, Hayden, Taylor, and Sydney) of New York, Pablo Daniel del Valle (wife, Jennifer Hampton del Valle and their two children, Atticus and Madeleine) of Winston-Salem, Alexis Gabriel del Valle of Winston-Salem, and Tamar Michelle del Valle Gomes (husband, Jeffrey Roque Gomes and their two children, Parker and Paige) of Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
