Norman Eugene Hansley

Norman Eugene Hansley, 64, passed away on February 21, 2026, in Winston-Salem, NC.

Norman was born on December 24, 1961, in Forsyth County, NC, to the late Norman and Betty Hansley. He began his education at Easton and Diggs Elementary School and later graduated from high school. He grew up attending South Park Baptist Church and always loved participating in church and chapel activities. He also enjoyed participating in activities at the Enrichment Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Norman appreciated music, especially country music. He loved fishing, especially on the coast of North Carolina. Also, he was a talented roller skater. Norman was always happy to spend time with his family.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Max Grant. He is survived by his sisters, Deborah Johnson (Bobby) and Tina Hansley; nieces, Kandis Grant (Jamie), Chasity Baughman (Steven); nephews, Ronnie Tullock (Holly), Zachary Hayes; many great nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in the mausoleum chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel, 3315 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC.
