Opal Lucile Harp

Mrs. Opal Lucile Harp, 93, passed away June 6, 2016 at Springwood Nursing Home. She was born in Forsyth County, October 29, 1922 to the late Gabriel Denny and Bessie Mae Chandler. Opal retired from R.J. Reynolds with 31 years of dedicated service. She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jack w. Chandler; two sisters, Hazel C. Tuttle, Beaulah Stewart; one son-in-law, James J. Royall Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Vickie G. Royall; one grandson, James Chris Royall; one great-grandson, Justyn D. Royall, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Glenn Murphy officiating.
