Mrs. Orah Frances McMillan Thomas, 103, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born In Grant County, Arkansas to the late Thomas Alva McMillan and Rentha Leora Grubbs McMillan on June 14, 1919. Private family services will be held in Little Rock, Arkansas, then burial at National Cemetery.
