Otto William Mueller

Mr. Otto William Mueller, Jr., 87, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025. He was born May 13, 1938, in Camden, NJ to Otto W. Mueller, Sr. and Clara Boetner Mueller. Otto grew up in Burlington, NC and attended Elon University and was a huge North Carolina State University fan. He was the CoFounder & Principal of MedCost, Inc. Otto had a great love for Montana and spent time there after his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Starnes Mueller. Surviving are his two sons, Andy Mueller (Courtney) and Nathan Mueller (Leigh); five granddaughters, Molly Mueller, Katie Mueller, Abby Mueller, Kaley Nofziger and Kamryn Mueller and one brother, Gary Mueller (Edith).

A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Otto to the Employee Emergency Fund at Arbor Acres Assisted Living at https://www.arboracres.org/charitable-giving/. Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel is assisting the family.
