Patricia Bare

Mrs. Patricia Lynn Houck Bare, 69, of Winston-Salem passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Bare was born in Forsyth County on June 23, 1948. She loved puzzles, camping, and going to the YMCA and walking with her Silver Sneakers buddies. Patricia loved her grandchildren and loved going to their baseball games. She also loved her furry best friend, "Mia". Patricia was preceded by her husband, Larry Bare; mother and father, James and Dorothy Ingold; sister, Erta Foltz. She is survived by two sons, Michael Bare (Mary); Brian Bare; daughter, Teri Brookman; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Butch Houck and aunt, Peggy Oliver. Family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00pm, Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller, Silas Creek location. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to AARF, 311 Harvey Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
