Judy Dean Adkins Campbell

Judy Dean Adkins Campbell, 78, of Clemmons, NC, passed away on September 27, 2026, at Cedar Hills Center for Nursing.

Judy was born on September 22, 1948, in Wyoming County, WV, to the late Philip Loyd Adkins and Wanda Marie Graham Adkins. She enjoyed a career in healthcare working as an L.P.N.

Judy’s greatest passion in life was her family, and she cherished every moment spent playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. An exceptional cook, Judy was famous among family and friends for her homemade biscuits and gravy as well as her potato salad. She had a creative spirit and loved spending her free time drawing, crocheting, and embroidering. In her quiet moments, she enjoyed watching John Wayne and any classic Western she could get her hands on.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Wanda Adkins, and her brother, Phillip Adkins.

Surviving are her sister Eunice Simpson and her loving children, Pamela Lee, Patricia Campbell, Larry Wayne Campbell, and Tanya Urgitas; her seven grandchildren; and her three great-grandchildren.
