Patricia Furr

Mrs. Patricia Ann Deese “Pat” Furr, 72, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. She was born on December 8, 1946 in Stanley Co. the daughter of the late Harvey and Cleola Deese. Pat was a member of First Baptist Church of Stanleyville in Winston-Salem. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Steven Furr; a sister, Johnsie Hopkins; and a brother, Doug Deese. Pat is survived by a son, Jeff Furr of Pinnacle; a daughter-in-law, Tondrea Furr of King and five special grandchildren. She is also survived by her canine companion, “Gracie”. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 noon Saturday, April 27, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Stanleyville with Pastor Eddie Honeycutt and Rev. Joe Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Rural Hall Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:00 prior to the service at the church.
