Mrs. Patricia Lewis Humphries, 54, of Clemmons passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on October 17, 1964 in Forsyth County to Harold and Georgianna Lewis. Mrs. Humphries was a member of Immanuel New Eden Moravian Church where she served in many roles including; board member, diener, choir member, president of the Women’s Fellowship; RCC representative; and nursery head. She worked as a CNA/Med Tech at Trinity Elms Health and Rehab for the past 18 years. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Ben Humphries; four brothers, Jerry Lewis (Toni), Garry Lewis, Todd Lewis (Angie), Darrell Lewis (Dawn); numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Immanuel New Eden Moravian Church with Rev. Cheryl G. Cottingham. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be to Immanuel New Eden Moravian Church, 3680 Old Lexington Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
