Patricia Lowe

Mrs. Patricia Fansler Lowe, 76, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born in Forsyth County on August 4, 1941 the daughter of the late Hobert and Ruby Fansler. Mrs. Lowe was a member of Woodland Baptist Church, where she attended as long as her health permitted. She retired with 35 years of service from Hanes Brands Inc. in the Human Resources Department. Mrs. Lowe was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed deeply by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Allen Lowe and a niece; Jill Preston. She is survived by a son; Phillip Lowe and wife Jessica of King, thre grandchildren; Alex Greer, Aden Greer and Katie Utt; a brother, Wanye Fansler (Josie) and a step-daughter; Dawn Holder. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 2, 2017 at Rural Hall Memorial Park with Pastor Tim Gammons officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 Sunday evening at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to: Palliative Care Unit, Novant Health/ Forsyth Medical Center. The family would like to thank the staff and physicians at Forsyth Medical Center for the care shown to Mrs. Lowe in her time of need. They would also like to send a special thanks to the Palliative Care Unit for all of the love, care and support that was extended to them.
