Patricia Spear Moore

Patricia Spear Moore, 74, of Winston-Salem passed away December 11, 2014. Patricia was born January 5, 1940 to Joseph and Nancy Smith Spear. She was a charter member of Blue Ridge Baptist Church. Patricia retired as a private duty nurse after many years of service. She enjoyed knitting until her health declined and she also loved to read. She was preceded in death by her first husband William Franklin McKoin, her second husband Jerry Moore; and one daughter Nancy Nelson. She is survived by two daughters, Ann Smith (Bob) of Ohio, and Tammy Gray of Lexington; one son William Franklin McKoin III of Winston-Salem; and son-in-law Jody Nelson; seven grandchildren, Devin and Chase Gray, Amber McKoin, Alisha and Ashley Nelson, Zach and Jeanna Smith; and one great granddaughter Daylene Coleman. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday December 15, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown.
