Mrs. Patsy Hartman Butler, 84, of Winston-Salem passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her home. She is survived by George Harold Butler, her husband of 58 years and her son, Kevin Harold Butler of Greenville, NC. Per her request a private graveside service will be held at Salem Cemetery.
