Patsy Phillips Thomas

Mrs. Patsy Phillips Thomas, 78, of Clemmons, NC passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024. She was born May 19, 1945 in Sanford, NC to Glenn Elvin Phillips and Daphna Holt Phillips. Mrs. Thomas worked for Wachovia Bank years ago. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters, Sylvia Vila, Faye Yturralde and Jean Moore. Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Floyd L. Thomas; one daughter, Lisa Smith; two grandchildren, Zach Smith and Samantha Smith; one brother, Glenn Phillips (Tricia); and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Pastor Mark Harper officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
