Paul Edward Gibson

Mr. Paul Edward Gibson, 77, passed away at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital on Friday January 26, 2024. He was born on November 17, 1946, to the late John and Virginia Gibson in Guilford County, North Carolina. 

Paul was a member of Trinity Methodist Church and enjoyed wood working. He retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after 30 years of service. As Paul was a kidney transplant recipient, the family encourages all to register for organ donation.

Along with his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his brother, James; and sisters, Virginia and Peggy. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Helms Gibson; daughter, Christina (Joseph); son, Paul Jr. (Ballardo); and grandchildren, Eden, Eliah, and Reece. 

A memorial service will be held on Friday February 2, 2024, at 2pm at Trinity Methodist Church.
