Paul Michael Herin

Mr. Paul Michael Herin, 56, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016, at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Herin was born on May 3, 1960 in New Jersey. He graduated from the University of Georgia with both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree. He was a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Emotional Recovery and Wellness Center, Inc. in Thomasville and currently employed with Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Herin was preceded in death by his father, Paul William Herin. He is survived by his wife, Kiki Herin; one daughter, Kristen Herin of Charlotte, NC; his mother, Dianne Smith Herin of Pinehurst, NC; one brother, Anthony Herin and wife, Susaan of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Dina Khentigan and husband, Steve of Charlotte, NC; several nieces and nephews; and four beloved dogs, Rachel, Snowy, Princess, and ""the big guy,"" Prince Charles. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Peter Nouck officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Paul was an avid University of Georgia fan. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the William C. Hartman, Jr. Fund supporting student athletes at the University of Georgia. Memorial contributions may be made to the University of Georgia Athletic Association, C/O William C.
