Paul Moser

Mr. Paul Wayne Moser, 76, of Lewisville, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 at his home. He was born September 17, 1942 in Forsyth County. Mr. Moser graduated from Southwest High School in 1960. He was a veteran who served four years in the U.S. Air Force and 18 months in Turkey. Mr. Moser was a member of Warners Chapel Church of Christ. He retired from McLean Trucking Company and later was employed by United Transportation Services, Meadowlands Golf Course and Oak Valley Golf Course.  He loved auto racing, classic cars, football, golf and walking. Mr. Moser was a devoted husband and father who loved his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnsie Pegram Moser and Paul Jewel Moser and his two brothers, Mike and David Moser. Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Carolyn Morley Moser; one son, Jason Moser (Kim) of Advance; one sister, Gail Queen (David) of Clemmons; his mother and father-in-law, Mandlene and Delmer Morley of Shady Valley, TN; one sister-in-law, Jewell Walker of Johnson City, TN and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Warners Chapel Church of Christ. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Mr. Kevin Rutherford officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. (Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel)
