Paul Fletcher Snider, 94, passed away on April 17, 2026, at Trinity Glen in Winston-Salem, NC.
Born on April 14, 1932, to Solomon “Roscoe” Snider and Lula “Alice” Snider in Randolph County, NC, Paul lived a life guided by his deep love for God, his family, and his country. A Korean War Veteran, Paul proudly served his nation, and his faith, patriotism, and values shaped the man he was and the legacy he leaves behind.
Paul was the owner of Forsyth Coffee Service, where he worked diligently for many years before retiring. He took great pride in his work and was well known for his friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others.
Paul was a devoted family man known for his charming personality, quick wit, and ever‑present smile. He always had a joke ready and brought warmth and laughter wherever he went. In his free time, he found joy and peace in fishing, bowling, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
Paul was preceded in death by his wives, Elizabeth Andrew Snider and Carolyn Clark Snider; his children, Christopher Snider and Alice Snider Duggins; his sisters, Martha Hinshaw, Avah Snider, Dorothy Pearl Snider, and Ruby Snider Gregson; and his brothers, Gray Snider, Glenn Snider, Fred Snider, Arlis Snider, and Allen Snider.
He is survived by his loving children: Susan White, Debbie Caudill, Larry Snider (Michelle), and Paulette Tilley (Toby). He was a proud grandfather to Nichole, Christina, Zachary, Niki, Jerry, Jamie, Megan, Austin, Alivia, Alyssa, and Peyton, and a cherished great‑grandfather to Lucius, Serenity, Beau, Emelia, Avah, Izzy, Jerry, Alyssa, and Jase. He was also dearly loved by his many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. An urn burial will follow the service at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 3250 High Point Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Paul will be remembered for his unwavering faith, patriotic spirit, infectious smile, and the love he shared so freely with those around him. His legacy lives on through the many lives he touched and the family who will forever hold him in their hearts.
