Pauline Stewart Marsh

KERNERSVILLE-Pauline Stewart Marsh, 91, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2014. She was born May 30, 1923 in Forsyth Co. to the late Harvey and Bertha Smith Stewart.

Mrs. Marsh was a lifelong member of Union Cross Moravian Church, where she was very active in her Sunday school class.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carson Marsh; brothers and sisters, Percy Stewart, Cora Eva Stewart, Ralph Stewart, Betty Soloman, Coy Stewart, Irene George, Ray Stewart, Ruby Hupe, Curtis Stewart and Allen Stewart.

Surviving are her children, two daughters, Joyce Ellis, and Judy Cisom and husband, Charles all of Kernersville; one son, Carson Marsh and wife, Peggy of High Point; three grandchildren, Sara Ellis-Sanborn, Craig Marsh and Bryan Marsh; four great-grandchildren, James and Jack Sanborn, Craig Austin Marsh and Connor Marsh.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2014 at Union Cross Moravian Church with Rev. Don Griffin and Rev. Carol Foltz officiating. Burial will follow in the church graveyard. The family will receive friends from 1:00 -1:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
