Peggy Smith Blevins

BLEVINS - RURAL HALL Mrs. Peggy Smith Blevins, 82, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on June 11, 1930 in Stokes County to the late Cassie Preston Smith and Thomas Fountan Smith. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Blevins was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Blevins; and three siblings. Surviving are three sons: Darrell Blevins, Billy Blevins and Bradley Blevins; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers; and one sister. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with the Rev. R. Sidney Lanier officiating.
