Peggy Nifong

Mrs. Peggy Leigh Loggins Nifong, 81, of Advance passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center.  She was born June 9, 1937 in Davidson County to James Haymore and Mildred Proctor Loggins.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry and Billy Loggins and a sister, Maggie Sue Hanes.  Surviving is her husband, Alfred J. Nifong; two sons, Dennis M. Nifong and wife Samantha of Fort Mill, SC and Roland A. Nifong and wife Susan of Brandon, SD; five grandchildren, Ashton Becker and husband Andrew, Sydney, Tanner, Amilia and Wiley Nifong; two great grandchildren and a sister, Brenda L. Bradner and husband Bill of High Point.  A funeral service will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Macedonia Moravian Church with Pastor Zach Dease officiating.  Burial will follow in the church graveyard.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Online condolences may be made to www.hayworth-miller.com
