Peggy Lynn Wadsley Westmoreland

Ms. Peggy Lynn Wadsley Westmoreland, 64, of Winston-Salem, passed away on September 28, 2026, at her home. Peggy was born on April 13, 1962, in Forsyth County to the late Mr. Donnell Curtis Wadsley Sr. and Mrs. Louise Teague Wadsley.

Ms. Westmoreland attended and graduated from RJ Reynolds High School. Following graduation, she went on to obtain her associate’s degree in accounting, and began to work as a Payroll Manager.

Peggy was known for her fun, humorous, and quick-witted personality. She enjoyed her trips to the beach and crafting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her infant son, Carl Frederick and a brother, Donnell Curtis Wadsley Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Ashlie Kiger; two sisters, Donna Ashley and Virginia Stoner (Michael); a brother, Harry Wadsley; and a host of extended family members.

A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00pm ~ 7:00pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
