Perman Levi Shell

Mr. Perman Levi Shell, 76, passed away February 26, 2014 at his residence. He was born January 22, 1938 in Caldwell County, NC to the late James Robert Shell and Ethel Blankenship Shell. Mr. Shell was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Hughes Supply Company. He was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Shell and three brothers and two sisters. Mr. Shell is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Alice Maranville Shell; two daughters, Kim Shell Boyles and Karen Shell; two granddaughters, Stephanie Myers and Allison Poole; five great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; his brother, Gary Shell and wife Kay. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, February 28, 2014 at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Glen Sanford officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the mausoleum chapel. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
