Mr. Phillip Michael Ralston, 78, of Thomasville, NC, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026. He was born on May 8, 1948, in Wayne County, Michigan, to the late Mr. James Hamilton Ralston and Leah Spitz Ralston.
Phillip was a member of Pinedale Christian Church since moving to North Carolina in 2018. He loved to spend time with family and enjoyed playing guitar, he was also teaching his Daughter-in-law to play. He retired from K Tool in 2000 where he served as a sales representative. Following retirement, he and his wife, Phillip, moved to Florida.
While in Florida, Phillip worked for Disney World, specifically Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Phillip loved his time working at Magic Kingdom, where he made countless memories and friends there.
Above all, he was a loving father and grandfather who was deeply loved. His memory will forever live on in those who he leaves behind.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing by his brother, Donald Ralston (Dora).
Left to cherish his memory as his wife, Barbara Ralston; two sons, James Ralston (Anne) and Marcus Ralston (Stormy); a granddaughter, Raina Ralston; niece, Patti Guillen; and two nephews, Alan Ralston and Steven Ralston.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, June 12. 2026, at Pinedale Christian Church with Pastor Matthew Sink officiating. There will be no formal visitation held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pinedale Christian Church, 3395 Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27127.
Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is serving the family of Mr. Ralston.
