Phyllis Hamilton

Mrs. Phyllis J. Hamilton, 74, of Lewisville passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at her home.  She was born February 20, 1944 in Cabarrus County to Harold Pete and Ida Irene Angell Jordan.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Richard Hamilton.  Surviving are three daughters, Candace Hardin and husband Doug, April Menius and Rhonda Hamilton; seven grandchildren, Jordan Walters, Nathan Hardin, Nowell Hardin, Penny Hall, Christopher Lofty, Heather Stone and Lucas Stone; 12 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; a sister, Louise Culp and three brothers, Jerry Jordan and wife Suzy, Gene Jordan and wife Melody and Jan Jordan and wife Terry.  A graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Yadkin Valley Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Hardin officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. prior to the service, at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel.  Online condolences may be made to www.hayworth-miller.com
