Phyllis Ann Oldham

Ms. Phyllis Ann Oldham, 67, of Walkertown, NC, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home following a brief illness.

Phyllis was born on July 21, 1958, in Forsyth County to Phillip Lee Oldham and Jeanette Idol Oldham. Phyllis retired from American Airlines as a reservationist with 46 years of dedicated service. She was a selfless person, always putting others first. She served as a caregiver for her mother for many years. More than anything else, she had a deep love for her family and cherished her animals as well. 

Phyllis was preceded in passing by her father, Phillip Lee Oldham, and niece, Angela Barlow. Surviving is her mother, Jeanette Idol Oldham; brother, Tim Oldham (Tammie); sisters, Terri Adams (John), and Janet Guthrie; nieces Traci Josey and Sarah Paschall (Josh); three great nephews and three great nieces, Kenan, Ashlyn, Caleb, Adalynn, Bennett, and Nora Claire.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church (Walnut Cove) with Rev. Frank Shumate officiating. The family will greet friends for thirty minutes prior to the service at the graveside. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care.
