Priscilla Caudill

Kernersville – Mrs. Priscilla Jane Young Caudill, 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Kernersville Medical Center. She was born on October 10, 1942 in Stokes County to Ralph Thomas and Dorothy Mounce Young. She was the owner and operator of Priscilla’s Salon for about 40 years.  She was one of the first female business owners in Kernersville.

In addition to her parents, Priscilla was preceded in death by her loving husband, Chooler Tildon Caudill and her daughter, Belinda Jane Brewer. She is survived by her son, Chad Caudill (wife, Sheila); four grandchildren, Stephen Max Caudill, Clifton Thomas Caudill, McKenzie Taylor Caudill, and Beverly Jane Brewer; two brothers, Rick and Wayne Young; and one sister, Brenda Burgin.

A graveside service for Priscilla will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown with Dr. Pete Kunkle officiating. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
