Rachel Spease

Miss Rachel Gail Spease, 77, of Clemmons passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 at Accordius Health of Clemmons.  She was born November 1, 1941 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, Junius Ward and Jonnie Jones Spease.  Miss Spease was a member of Union United Methodist Church.  A graveside service will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 PM at Union United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The arrangements are by Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel.  Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
