Randall Craig Bowen

Mr. Randall ""Randy"" Craig Bowen, 62, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born on June 7, 1954 to Nora Alice Deal and Ellihue Solomon Bowen in Forsyth county. He retired from US Airways and TIMCO, as an Aircraft Mechanic. Randy was a member of Konnoak Hills Moravian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents. Randy is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Diane W. Bowen; two children, Melanie Corl and husband Chris of Asheville, Michael Bowen and wife Rebecca of Winston-Salem; grandsons, Corbin Randal Bowen, Carter Brooks Bowen and Brantley Reid Corl; as well as his first granddaughter, expected to arrive mid-May; five brothers, Gary Bowen and wife, Shelia of King, Tim Bowen of Tobaccoville, Duane Bowen of Tobaccoville, Stan Bowen of Tobaccoville and Stacy Bowen of Tobaccoville; five sisters, Dianne Bowen of Charlotte, Lisa B. Queen of Pfafftown, Jan B. Vinegar and husband, Jon of New Jersey, Susan Bowen of Lexington and Freda B. Taylor and husband, Mike of Florida; uncle, Gerald Deal (Suzanne), and aunt, Wilma D. Hunter, as well as several nieces and nephews. Other special family members are brother-in-law, Don Willard, and wife Sharon, nieces, Catherine Bauder and Danielle Willard, all of Kingston, Ontario, Canada. A memorial service will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Konnoak Hills Moravian Church with Rev. John D. Rights officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Moravian Graveyard.
