Raymond Odell Money

Kernersville - Mr. Raymond Odell Money passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston Salem. He was born September 4, 1925 in Forsyth County. He was a WWII veteran who served in the Navy, he retired from RJR on March 1, 1983, and was a faithful Elder at South Main Church of Christ, and Linville Forest Church of Christ. Raymond was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy Dew, and a son, Rick Money. Surviving are; one daughter; Christine Gregory, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two sisters; Martha Queen, and Janette Hedgecock. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, June 17, 2013 at Linville Forest Church of Christ with Pastor David Galloway officiating. Interment will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 18, 2013. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Kernersville Chapel.
