Raymond Stilley

Raymond "Buck" Odell Stilley, 71, passed away on Sunday 9/2/2018 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House in Winston-Salem, NC, after battling a long-term illness. He was surrounded by his loving family as he passed. Mr. Stilley was a proud veteran, whom served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Wilma; daughter and son-in- law, Melissa and Ernie Avery; grandson Michael Hooper; grandson Bryson Hooper and girlfriend/honorary granddaughter Andrea Cooper; and his 9 dogs who were like children to him: Boogie, Hot Rod, Sparrow, Raven, Ozzie, Duke, Sassy, Gypsy and Daisy. Plans are being finalized for a Memorial Service. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to Brother Wolf Animal Rescue of Asheville, P.O. Box 8195, Asheville, NC.
