Rebecca Griffin Mills

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ms. Rebecca Griffin Mills, 77, of Winston-Salem, NC, on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Phelps; her son, Eddie E. Fine Jr.; and her brothers, Johnny and Jimmy Love.

She leaves behind her brother, Gerald; her sister, Kaye; two granddaughters, Emilie and Lauren; two great grandsons, Legend and Aiden; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In her final stages of life, she was taken care of by her lovely neighbor, Kathy, and her dear friend and coworker, Jeff. The family is very appreciative of all the hard work and love they put into caring for Becky and cannot thank them enough.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 11:00AM at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Chaplain Rennie Adcock officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you make a donation to the American Heart Association, 5001 S Miami Blvd Suite 300, Durham, NC 27703, on Becky’s behalf.
