Reginald "Reggie" Nelson Tuttle

Reginald “Reggie” Nelson Tuttle, 91, of Germanton, NC, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025. He was born on December 4, 1934, in Forsyth County, the son of the late Nelson and Ila Lawson Tuttle. Reggie was a member of Rural Hall Christian Church where he served as a Deacon and later as an Elder for many years. He enjoyed singing in the choir and leading worship. Reggie retired from Hanes Hosiery after 40 years of service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Wood Tuttle; step-grandchild, Halee Jackson; and stepson, Randy Wood. He is survived by one daughter, Vanda Kilpatrick; stepchildren, Sandra Jackson (Lee) and Christine Smith (Kolan); step-grandchildren, Lee Jackson, III., Crystal Sprinkle, Tyler Smith (Kyndall), Lauryn Cox (Elijah) and Joshua Wood; one step-great-grandchild, Eloise Cox; and a sister, Wanda Dunlap. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Rural Hall Christian Church with Pastors Wesley McCarter, Ron Voss, and Peter Cain officiating. Burial will follow in Rural Hall Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at Rural Hall Christian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Rural Hall Christian Church, P.O. Box 146, Rural Hall, NC 27045.
