Renee Ward Harvey

Renee Ward Harvey, 64, of Winston-Salem, passed away Friday, March 27, 2026, at Bermuda Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 16, 1961, in Forsyth County to the late Carl William Ward and Pauline Francis Ward.

Renee had a deep love for cooking, especially when it meant bringing family together. She embodied true Southern hospitality, always ensuring there was plenty to share and that everyone felt welcome. She also enjoyed shopping and was a member of the Moravian faith. Renee will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Ward.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Jeff Harvey, of the home; her daughter, Michelle Villalobos (Anthony); her sisters, Brenda Sue Ward and Francis Riddle (Don); her beloved furry companions, Coco and Baby; her grand-dogs, Milo and Brody; and many extended family members and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
