Rev. Robert McDaniel

Rev. Robert McDaniel passed away Wednesday, July 04, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born June 2, 1952 to Morris and Elsie Deckert McDaniel in Cook County, IL. After working as an English teacher, he served 28 years as a minister at Winston-Salem Rescue Mission where he was fondly known as ""Reverend Mac."" Rev. McDaniel was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 36 years, Carolyn McDaniel; daughters, Becky Tutherow (Paul); and Heather Barth (Aaron); as well as grandchildren, Lisa, Julia, Katelynn and Levi. A funeral service will be conducted 7:00 PM Friday, July 6 at North Point Baptist Church with Pastor Skip Furrow officiating.
