Rev. John Albert

Kernersville – Rev. John Thomas Albert, 88, passed away Friday September 27, 2019 at his home. He was born August 5, 1931 to the late William and Theresa Albert. He was a loving man who had a heart for others. He loved trains and airplanes, but most of all he loved sharing the gospel with people. He attended Piedmont Bible College, Bob Jones University, Community Bible College, where he also taught.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey Ratliff Albert, his three daughters, Kathy Gatewood, Gayle Luck and husband Keith, Debbie Smith and husband Neal, eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Welcome Door Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Taylor and Rev. Neal Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Park.
