Rhondell Proto

Mrs. Rhondell Dawn Brown Proto, 47, of Winston-Salem, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Rhondell was born December 27, 1973, in Portage County, OH and attended Windham High School.  She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She loved to sing and dance to worship the one she loved most, Jesus.  Her witty sense of humor made her memorable to all that met her.  With her warm heart and bright light, she was the family caretaker, always giving, overly compassionate and making sure that everyone was taken care of.  Above all, her love was for God and her family.

Rhondell is survived by her husband, Nicholas A Proto III; children, Tara, Ariel, Logan and Auston; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Josiah, Elijah, and Malachi; her parents, Dennie and Eva Wagner; three sisters, three brothers and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

A private family graveside service will be held.
