Richard Nelson, Jr.

Mr. Richard “T.J” Todd Nelson, Jr., 32, passed away Monday March 6, 2023. He was born October 21, 1990, in Forsyth County to Diana Wilson and the Late Richard Told Nelson, Sr. T.J had a love for all animals, enjoyed fishing, was a football fan, an excellent drawer, and was absolutely a music lover. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by three grandparents; Robert George Hall, Anita Faye Hall, and Kit Binkley, and an uncle; Darrell Nelson. In addition to his mother T.J is survived  by his four siblings; Tana Nelson, John Nelson (Megan), Damon Nelson and Dustin Nelson, three grandparents; Jack Nelson, Becky Nelson, and Martin Binkley, and his fiancé, Annah Carter. A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday March 18, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gideons International or a charity of the senders choice.
