Robert 'Joey' Joseph Branton

Robert Joseph ""Joey"" Branton, 29, of Winston-Salem passed away Friday, July 6, 2012. Joey was a fantastic artist who loved animals, tattoos, piercing, women with tattoos and the band, TECH 9. He had a big heart and liked everyone. Joey is survived by his parents, J. C. and Betty Branton; his wife, Penny Branton; two brothers, Murray Branton and wife, LeAnn and Jimmy Branton and fiancé, Gina; one stepsister, Paula Leonard and husband, Mark; two sisters-in-law, Michell Black and David Owens and Michelle Small; one niece, Jessicah Black; two nephews, Dustin Branton and Dakota Branton; two step nieces, Amanda Leonard and Amber Royall; various cousins, aunts and uncles (too many to name) and very special friends, Amos Brooks, Adam Taylor and Eric Terry. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday at11:00 AM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Gur Cemetery in Kernersville.
