Robert Henry "Bob" Douglas

Mr. Robert Henry ""Bob"" Douglas, 74, passed away at his home on February 15, 2014. He was born April 2, 1939 the son of the late Ethel McCracken and William Douglas. Bob worked as an exterminator with Wilson Pest Control for 33 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Ann McLaurin Douglas, four daughters, Bobbie Douglas, Kim Capps, Heather King and Tammy Hiatt, two sons, Sean Douglas and Michael Douglas, 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Bob is also survived by a sister, Billie D. Hooks and a niece, Terry Turner. Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Because of Bob's love for animals, memorials are asked to be made to: Stokes County Animal Shelter.
