Robert Leach, Jr.

WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Mr. Robert Allen Leach, Jr., 61, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Allen was born in Guilford County on January 7, 1956, to Robert Allen Leach, Sr. and Lyda Marie Acord Leach. He worked as an automobile mechanic for many years at various shops. Allen enjoyed playing golf and baseball. He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Douglas Leach and a niece, Kayla Leach. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Tim Leach of Washington D.C., Robert Leach of Winston-Salem, Suzanne Leach of Winston-Salem, and Sara Leach of Independence, VA; three grandchildren, Hailey Leach, Tyler Leach, and Harmoni Leach; one brother, Gary Leach (Kim) of Asheboro, NC; one nephew, Maison Leach (Whitney) of Charlotte, NC; one sister-in-law, Amy Leach of Thomasville, NC; and one niece, Kelsey Leach of Thomasville, NC. A service to celebrate Allen's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 1, 2017, at Salem Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 1:00 pm prior to the service. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the family of Mr. Leach.
