Robert Arthur Yeager

Mr. Robert Arthur Yeager, age 90 of Bermuda Village, North Carolina, passed into his Lord’s Heavenly Kingdom on Monday, April 20, 2026. He was born March 24,1936 in Allegheny County, PA. to Arthur Frank Yeager and Florence Marie Grosskreuz Yeager. He was raised in Brentwood, Pennsylvania, along with his sisters, Florence and Linda. He met his beloved wife, Nancy, in the 10th grade at Brentwood High School, Brentwood, PA.

He was married to his life’s love, Nancy Culp Yeager, for 69 years and they were blessed with two sons, Scott Yeager and Bennett Yeager, grandchildren, Ashley (Adam Burdette), Heather (Shawn Kuhanik), and Jennifer Yeager plus great grandchildren, Paedince, Paige, and Prim Burdette, Wilder Kulhanek, (Shawn Kulhanik), Rhodes Alessi and Rhys Alessi, (Ronnie Alessi and Jennifer Yeager).

Robert was a devoted father and grandfather who took immense joy in watching his family grow. He was a loving, dependable, spiritual rock for the entire family to depend on. He graduated from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA on June 9, 1958, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He was a Merchandise Manager for Sears Roebuck in Pittsburgh, PA and a Merchandise Manager for Belk Brothers in Charlotte and Winston-Salem, NC. He also owned and operated his own Ace Hardware and Home Center in Frankenmuth, MI.

Bob was very athletic and was awarded many honors for outstanding abilities during his high school years. Playing golf and being a golf ranger at Tanglewood Golf Course was his joy. When Bob was galloping all over South Park Acres in Pennsylvania on his beloved American Saddlebred horse named Bourbon, it was an indescribable thrill and excitement for him.

Now that he has moved on to be with our Lord and Savior, Bob’s loving presence will forever be remembered by our family and friends. Though he lived a long and wonderful life, we are all heartbroken through this loss and we will miss him every day.

Burial services will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania.
