Robin Leigh McCuiston

Robin Leigh Cearley McCuiston, 69, passed away on June 11, 2024, at her residence. She was born on January 24, 1955, to the late William and Helen Bennett Cearley. Robin was a homebody and found joy in taking care of her home and family. Robin graduated from UNCG with a bachelor’s degree and worked at Convatec for over thirty years.  She spent her free time sewing, filling her bird feeders, watching the animals around the house, and playing with her grandchildren. Robin was incredibly kind, caring, and selfless. She did what she could to help others, especially her family. She will be missed greatly by those who knew and loved her. 

In addition to her parents, Robin is preceded in death by her sisters, Beverly Westmoreland and Brenda Snow. 

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, James “Jim” McCuiston; a son, Cody McCuiston and wife Danielle; a daughter, Jamie McCuiston Green and husband Chris; three grandchildren, Addilynn, Boone, and Wyatt; a brother, Billy Cearley; as well as other extended family members. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory with Rev. Francis Smith officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations in Robin’s honor may be made to the Humane Society of the Piedmont at 4527 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro, NC 27409.
