Rocky Lee Duggins

Rocky Lee Duggins died on May 27, 2017, in Winston-Salem at age 57. He was born on February 14, 1960, in Peoria, Ill. He lived in Yates City until 1968. At that time, he moved to Orlando, Fla. He attended Catalina Elementary School, Memorial Middle School and Boone High School. Duggins moved to Winston-Salem, N.C. There he worked in construction and also became active in property management. He was predeceased by his father, James, and his brother, Scotty Dee Duggins. He is survived by his mother, Darlene Duggins of Orlando, Fla. Rocky was extremely gifted in art. He was talented in plumbing, carpentry, and electric areas. He had special abilities that gave him ""a special extra touch"" to the end products that he created. His personal visions produced fantastic creations. He touched many people's lives in a very special way and he will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel
