Ronald "Ron" Ray Blackburn

Mr. Ronald ""Ron"" Ray Blackburn, 64, of Winston-Salem, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was born December 23, 1951 in Forsyth County to Talmage and Juanita Anderson Blackburn. Mr. Blackburn enjoyed grilling, surfing the internet, watching sports, and listening to music. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, David Blackburn. He is survived by his wife Bernice; a step-daughter, Rhonda Lane; a step-son, Ricky Lane; four grandchildren; a sister, Brenda Carreras; several nieces and nephews. There will be a service at a later date.
