Ronald Keith Moreland

Ronald Keith Moreland, 70, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born to the late Keith Carlton Moreland and Ladeen Estelle Young Moreland on March 20, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas.

Ronald was a simple man. In his younger years he enjoyed playing and being very talented at baseball. Ronald spent his free time on walks, dates with his wife, and anniversary mountain trips to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. His entire world revolved around his wife, Catherine, and their two cats, Frisky and Precious. He will be dearly missed as those who loved him are left behind to cherish his memory.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Moreland; and sister, Lisa Moreland. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine Laytham Moreland; daughter, April Buckner; son, Robert Buckner; grandchildren, Diamond Reed, and Quevo Reed; and brother, David Moreland. No formal services will be held at this time.
