Ruby Annette Caspescha

Ruby Annette Caspescha, 81, of Advance, passed away peacefully Friday, July 4, 2025, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Mrs. Caspescha was born July 19, 1943, in Forsyth County, to Ruby Mason Peak. Annette was a nurse for 54 years working in hospitals and private duty. She went back to school and obtained her associate’s degree in nursing at 50 years of age, becoming an RN. She enjoyed travelling, especially to the beach and historical sites. Annette loved all animals and especially bird watching. She also enjoyed organizing family reunions and spending time with loved ones. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 31 years, Erwin Caspescha; and one son, Jason Reece.

A funeral service will be held 2PM Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Tim Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
