Ruby Renigar

Mrs. Ruby May Smith Renigar, 102, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018. She was born in Forsyth County on May 12, 1916 to Florence Roberta and John Rastus Smith. Ruby loved flowers and nature. She really enjoyed working in the yard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. Renigar; two sons, Richard A. Renigar and Charles D. Renigar; son-in-law, James E. Call; four brothers and one sister. Surviving family includes a son, James Renigar and wife Charlotte; daughter, Patricia Call; daughter-in-law, Kay W. Renigar; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren and two on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 22, 2018, at Saints Delight Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Elder E.W. Hooven officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saints Delight Primitive Baptist Church, 4655 Saints Delight Church Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284.
